30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to product defects, you can exchange or return the items for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the package.

2. Receive Confirmation: After receiving our confirmation, we will provide you with the necessary information to ship the package back to us.

3. Prepare Your Package: Include your order number, tracking number, and contact information. Send the package to the provided address to ensure your refund is processed correctly and quickly.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return package is delivered to our original warehouse, where it was first dispatched from, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If it does, a refund will be issued to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please check your payment account; refunds will be initiated within 15 business days.

*PLEASE NOTE:
  • Returned packages must be unopened, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.
  • Due to the customization nature, returns do not apply to printed apparel products such as baby onesies.
  • Salvage value, damage fees and restoration fees will be determined upon arrival at our facility.
  • Items sent back without submitting a return request or to an incorrect warehouse address will not be accepted.
  • It’s important to record a video of you opening the package and finding the missing or defective items in a single clip, as we cannot verify claims if the package has already been opened.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Please use your own shipping method and bear all costs for return logistics.

30-DAY REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 30-Day Replacement & Warranty policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here’s how it works:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it ASAP.
  • Reporting Issues: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any missing or defective items.
  • Contact Us: If your package is missing items or contains defective products that render them unusable, contact us immediately for a replacement. We cover will all shipping costs for replacements.

  4. Prepare Your Return: Package your items with your order number, tracking number, and contact information, and send it to the correct address.
Process Your Replacement

Once your replacement request is approved, we will: 

  • Send out the replacement within 48 hours with expedited shipping.
  • Ensure you receive your replacement quickly, regardless of the return shipping status.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Full Refund: A full refund is available if the order is canceled before preparation begins, pending confirmation from our warehouse.
  • Stock Issues: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Please respond our email within 2 days with your preferences. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will assume your approval and proceed with sensible adjustments to your order.
  • Cancellation Request: To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number, email address, and a screenshot of the receipt as soon as possible.

Please note that we need to confirm this with all relevant teams, so while we strive to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the refund until we receive confirmation from our teams.

After Receiving Your Cancellation Request:

  • If the cancellation is successful, we will process a refund to your payment method within 15 business days.
