BABYBMAMAS LLC. (“WE” or “US”) EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY TO THE CONSUMER WHO ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT (“YOU”).
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Legal rights may also vary from province to province.
This limited warranty starts on the date you purchase the product and lasts as long as you own the product and requires a proof of purchase to be effective. It covers defects in original materials, design, and workmanship. Your sole remedies for any product found to be defectives consist of the the repair and/or replacement of the product. This limited warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, modification, unauthorized repair, accident, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If we determine that the product is defective, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product at our expense. We will pay for shipping fees to return the repaired or replaced product back to you. Determination of defects shall be made in accordance with procedures we establish.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS MAY BE AVAILABLE AND MAY VARY BY STATES OR PROVINCES.

Right of withdrawal
Please contact [email protected] if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted BabyMamaz, Inc.’s customer service prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid return authorization will be refused.
Follow the instructions below for how to return your items.
Your right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
You have the right to return all or some of the items in your order if you are not satisfied. Keep in mind that the item or order, including its original packaging, should be sent back to us in mint condition.
If you have purchased BabyMamas, LLC. products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
How to return an item:
1. Contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Please fill in the returns received from customer care. Send it together with the item in its original packaging inside a sturdy box.

Make sure our address is clearly visible on the parcel.
4. Returns must be returned prepaid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx.
5. Once the original item(s) are received at BabyMamas, LLC., you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible. However, BabyMamas, LLC. may delay the credit until you have shown proof that the item has been returned.
Exchanges
The right to exchange applies for thirty (30) days from the date you received the item. If you want to exchange an item, simply return the item to us (enter reason code 1) and order a new item from www.swiss.shopktl.com. The right to exchange only applies to items in new, unopened packaging.
